People who want to keep Lease 2 Purchase a secret from you

Without a doubt, the largest industry in America and throughout the world is the Real Estate Industry. Each year hundreds of billions of dollars pass through the hands of buyers, sellers, investors, builders, contractors, realtors, lenders, title companies and insurance companies just to name a few.
Below is a list of people who want to keep the features and benefits of the Lease 2 Purchase contract a secret from you because, to an uneducated individual in these professions, they think it takes money out of their pockets.
Lenders are the granddaddy of them all. They are the last people in the world who want to see you do a Lease 2 Purchase deal.
Their logic? Lenders believe that you will be bypassing their lengthy application approval process, their overburdening underwriting system, and their "mightier than though" attitude. Unfortunately for you and me, this simply isn't true.
The fact is, if you're buying or selling a home on a Lease 2 Purchase, one of the parties in the transaction will eventually have to deal with a lender.
On a personal level, nothing makes me mad like the arrogance of some lenders these days. I understand and appreciate that they are in business to make money, but why not invest some of those profits on a CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT who actually cares about its' customers?

In the spirit of free enterprise, I congratulate them on raking us over the coals for so many years... but the time has come to show them who has the upper hand in the world of finance! It's us -- you and me -- because we use THE LEASE 2 PURCHASE CONTRACT!
Don't get me wrong, this may sound like a personal vendetta or something - it's not! If it weren't for traditional lenders I would never have had the opportunity to purchase my first few homes. However, had I known about the Lease 2 Purchase contract at the time, I could have saved a lot of money and reduced my stress level considerably.
The bottom line is, uneducated lenders believe that the Lease 2 Purchase contract will take money out of their pockets. It's simply not true, and you can tell them I sent you.
Real Estate Sales Agencies
Here's an interesting one.
Several large real estate sales agencies have entire divisions set up to handle nothing but Lease 2 Purchase deals.
I respect and admire what these agencies have done for the business -- and for their customers -- because they have seen what works and have tailored their services to best suit their customers.
However, most realtors will tell you that they either have never heard of a Lease 2 Purchase contract or that it's not something they recommend.
|"Why don't they recommend it?"
Why don't they recommend it? Most realtors believe that they won't receive their 6-10% real estate sales commission. Again, this is simply not true!
Repeat after me, "Mr. or Mrs. Realtor, your commission will only be delayed, not sacrificed." There... that was easy.
The fact is, realtors who have a desire to achieve greater success -- and put more money in their pockets -- will capitalize on their coworkers lack of desire or knowledge. They will create a niche in their office by using the the Lease 2 Purchase contract to satisfy TWICE as many customers. With this attitude, realtors can easily open their doors to the largest market of buyers and sellers anywhere in the world.
I would like you to think for a moment about what types of businesses are in your town... You might live in a large city where there are banks and real estate companies on practically every street corner. And even if you live in a small town, I'd bet that you will still find that these banks and real estate companies everywhere. Am I right?
Now think about how easy your life could be if you could skip the 30-90 day mortgage approval process and bypass a realtors' 6-10% commission -- at your whim -- whenever you wanted to buy or sell a home.
That, my friend, is exactly what the Lease 2 Purchase contract has done for thousands of people, and can do the same for you!
