No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not email addresses. This information is used only for internal purposes by Beaubien Investment Company, LLC technical support staff.

In addition, our web site tracks information about the visits it receives. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors, the daily requests received for particular files and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to our customers and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

Cookies are used on the Chat Board to benefit visitors by remembering their name and email address when posting and replying to messages. These cookies are automatically removed from the visitor's system after seven days and serve no purpose other than saving the visitor from re-entering their information which can be time consuming for frequent users.
